Scott Miranda is a seasoned communications professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the public relations and marketing fields. As a managing director at DKC, he has developed and implemented strategic communications campaigns addressing brand and corporate objectives for a wide range of clients including Facebook/Instagram, Citi, Delta Airlines, United States Tennis Association, USA Track & Field, New Balance Athletic Shoe, Esquire Network, Madison Square Garden, ESPN, NBC Sports Group, Fanatics.com, Sports Illustrated, McDonalds, Showtime, Russell Athletic, Nitro Circus and The Players’ Tribune among others.
He has also developed award winning public affairs programs and handled crisis situations on behalf of high profile individuals, Fortune 500 companies and sports properties. Miranda was awarded the 2015 Cynopsis Sports Media PR Professional of the Year Award.
Prior to joining DKC, Miranda held a senior position at Millsport, a sports marketing company based in Stamford, Connecticut, where he managed national consumer marketing programs for companies including VISA, Pepsi, Gatorade and American Airlines.
Miranda graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1989, is an adjunct professor at Iona College and currently resides in Westchester, New York.
