Karen Silberg Richman is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at DKC, working directly with President Sean Cassidy to oversee the strategic direction of the firm, as well as the company’s day-to-day client service and internal operations.
In addition to this role, Karen has extensive experience managing a diverse range of marquee clients in the Corporate, Media Business and Creative Properties divisions, including The Honest Company, Yahoo!, Gannett /USA TODAY, SELF Magazine, Marvel Entertainment, Us Weekly, Delta Air Lines, American Greetings Properties and King Features Syndicate.
Karen joined DKC in January 2002 from Schneider/Shapiro Strategic Communications, a boutique communications agency specializing in technology, health care and media. Karen graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Spanish.
